Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, visas, and safety protocols to ensure smooth journeys
- Offer personalized recommendations based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, airline policies, hotel offerings, and local attractions
- Manage reservations efficiently using industry-standard booking systems and ensure all details are accurate
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance or excursions to enhance the client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles with a passion for travel
- Familiarity with hotel operations or previous hotel experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively advise clients and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
