Lewis Property Solutions Ltd is a full-service Property Management company.

This position is for our fall cleanup, decorating, and property maintenance. This position is open to extend into the winter season as we offer interior services and snow removal.

This position includes but is not limited to:

- Leaf blowing

- Perennial cut back

- Debris removal

- Weeding

- Planting and transplanting

- Interior cleaning

- Seasonal decorating

- Winter maintenance ( Shovelling ).

Requirements:

-Uniform (uniforms are supplied by company)

-Safety boots

- Ability to lift 30lb

-Transportation to the shop is required.

(We service Bracebridge, Milford Bay, Port Carling, Rosseau and Port Sandfield areas.)





- **Crew Members that obtain use of a company vehicle as a primary driver are required to provide a clean drivers abstract.

- Employees are required to maintain a professional and polite working etiquette when on site, on company and/or clients property or in uniform attire.

- Possessing excellent time management skills is an important requirement to have to ensure our days start on time and jobs get completed in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 44.0 per week
