We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-time Clinic Manager to lead and oversee clinic operations within a community healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, healthcare experience, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. As a key team member, you will coordinate administrative functions, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of clinical excellence while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patients and team members alike.
Duties
- Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative team environment
- Screen, hire, and train current employees by following all required human resource guidelines
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for staff
- Schedule and conduct staff meetings when required
- Ensure optimal operation of the medical practice by managing daily staffing and other related administrative activities
- Maintaining patient and practice confidentiality at all times
- Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and clinical protocols to uphold quality care standards
Skills
- Strong understanding of human resources principles within healthcare settings
- Extensive experience working in medical offices with knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Experience working in community medical clinic settings with staff oversight
- Proficiency in MedAcces is an asset
