Mainland Motors Calgary is a growing independent dealership specializing in quality pre-owned and certified vehicles. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative who is eager to build a successful career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and social media.
- Post and manage vehicle advertisements on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
- Create and appear in dealership promotional videos and social media content.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Explain financing options and assist customers through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Assist with dealership operations and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- AMVIC Salesperson Licence preferred. If not licensed,
you must obtain it within 30 days of employment at your own expense.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using social media for marketing.
- Comfortable appearing in promotional videos.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Available to work weekends.
