About the Position

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and cleaning operations of our residential properties in Cornwall. You will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff and ensuring the quality and compliance of maintenance operations in common areas.

Your Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all activities carried out by the cleaning teams to ensure efficient organization and compliance with established quality standards.
- Regularly inspect common areas and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Identify additional maintenance needs required to maintain optimal quality standards (e.g., painting work, damaged furniture, etc.) and inform your supervisor of any required interventions.
- Participate in the recruitment process and provide training to cleaning staff.
- Prepare work schedules for cleaning teams and coordinate their activities with other departments as needed.
- Perform cleaning duties occasionally to support daily operations when required.

Candidate Profile





- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance services, or in a similar position.
- No previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is required.
- Education: A certificate in housekeeping, administration, management, or secretarial studies is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Versatile and able to work hands-on when required.
