Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead engaging and informative tours for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Conduct guided tours of various locations, providing insightful commentary and answering questions from participants.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a positive experience.
- Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour itineraries while allowing for flexibility as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings and share best practices.

Skills

- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of varying sizes.




- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Time management skills to maintain schedules while accommodating guest needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and engagingly.
- Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is required
