Click Modular Homes is looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our factory team on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a hands-on position involved in the construction of modular homes from start to finish. Previous construction experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Wood framing and general carpentry
- Installing exterior siding and trim
- Insulating and applying vapour barrier
- Interior and exterior painting
- Installing flooring
- Installing interior doors, trim and finishing materials
- Loading, unloading and organizing building materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Assisting with other construction and production tasks as required
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual and willing to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to perform physical work and lift construction materials
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction or carpentry experience is an asset but not required
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required
