About the Position
GOW Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and quality-focused Certified F3/F4 Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will perform welding and fabrication work in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and health and safety requirements.

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare, fit, and assemble components prior to welding.
- Perform high-quality welds according to approved welding procedures.
- Inspect welds visually to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Required Qualifications
✅ Valid CWB F3 and/or F4 Certification
✅ Experience welding in an industrial or manufacturing environment
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
