Duties

- Supervise children during their time in the indoor play area, ensuring protected play practices are followed at all times
- Engage with children and parents to promote fun activities and answer questions about the facility
- Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns to prevent injuries or accidents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, including sanitizing equipment regularly
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling cash transactions when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues efficiently,



and creating a welcoming environment
- Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders, handling cash, and ensuring food safety standards are met

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in a childcare, hospitality, or customer service setting is highly preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests of all ages and provide instructions or safety guidelines confidently
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash handling and basic food service operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable during their visit
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive throughout shifts while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
