Currently, we are looking for a recent member for our Accounting team.
As a Accounting Clerk, you would be responsible for but not limited to:
- Invoice Processing: Input, code, and pay vendor invoices accurately.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Maintain ledgers, track incoming rent or payments, and monitor outstanding accounts.
- Create Statements: Create monthly statements and review for accuracy
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and fix financial discrepancies.
- Collaboration:
Cooperate with different departments and property managers on special financial assignments and working papers.
- Communication: Answer routine questions from vendors and tenants regarding billing and accounts.
Qualifications
- Formal accounting education
- Minimum of 1 years of property accounting experience
- Experience with the use of accounting software and property management software (e.g. QuickBooks, Yardi)
- Previous property accounting experience considered a definite asset
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
