Mistikaskiy Ohipikihawasowin Mamawintowin Society (MOMS) is an authorized First Nation Child and Family Services (CFS) organization established in April 2022 to serve the communities within Woodland Cree First Nation. Through this agency, Woodland Cree First Nation is embarking on a mission to reclaim and reimagine the provision of child welfare services, encompassing protection, family engagement, prevention, and essential support services for Woodland Cree Members.

Job Details:
The Human Resource will maintain and continuous improvement of the organization's HR Manual.
Responsibilities:
Configuration & Change Management
- Lead configuration changes across the Human Resources policy, including business rules, workflows, security roles, notifications, and data structures.
- Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes and manage them through a controlled change-management process with appropriate documentation and approvals.
Integration Management
- Manage external integrations to and from DropBox, including interfaces with payroll, perks providers, third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Solid testing discipline and familiarity with structured change-management and release practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, IT, and vendor partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
Education
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $58,302.03-$120,410.12 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cadotte Lake, AB
