Responsibilities

- Operate heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes driving as solo driver.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo information and all trucks are equipped with Samsara ELD devices.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight as necessary.

Requirements





- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving of up to 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have US Visa or Canadian passport.
- Clean driving abstract preferred.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
