Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an opportunity to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and a passion for food preparation and service is essential.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations




- Ensure timely delivery of orders during service hours
- Support team members in meal preparation and kitchen operations as needed
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols

Skills

- Experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
