Duties

- Assist clients in selecting travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities that match their preferences and budgets
- Provide detailed information on travel requirements, visas, vaccinations, and safety protocols to ensure smooth trips
- Develop customized travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, excursions, and special experiences
- Offer expert advice on hotel options, local attractions, dining choices, and cultural tips to enhance the travel experience
- Manage bookings efficiently using industry-standard reservation systems and confirm all arrangements with suppliers
- Address client inquiries promptly via phone or email,

- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and destination information to provide current and relevant recommendations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or travel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accommodations, and hospitality services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly
- Passion for travel with a desire to share expertise and inspire others
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with booking software or reservation systems is preferred
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations confidently
- Amadeus GDS Proficiency .
