The successful applicant helps maintains a good standard of cleanliness in the public areas of the our condominium building. The building attendant contributes to the building's environment by performing the following duties:

- Efficient and courteous interactions with all residents and guests
- Cleans Entranceways, Lobby and Resident Common Areas
- Vacuum all floor hallways on a rotational bases
- Remove scuff marks/ dirt from walls
- Clean common washrooms
- Clean elevators
- Check meeting room for cleanliness
- Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Team player.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Multi-tasking skills
- Related Experience

Days/Hours: Tuesday/ Thursday mornings ( 4 hours per shift)

Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour dependent on experience

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
