Responsibilities
maintain inside building doing necessary general repairs
maintain outside building such as grass , salting , shoveling
inspect buildings for necessary repairs
coordinate with the General Manager and/store managers for major repairs
tignish coop, oleary , alberton and tignish home hardware locations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar hands-on role within commercial or industrial settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities clearly.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
