Prospera is seeking an authorized Customer Enrollment Representative of Rogers to join our team in London, ON. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

As an authorized Customer Enrollment Representative of Rogers, you’ll assist customers as they learn about Rogers services and guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll answer questions, explain service options, and make sure customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.

Daily Duties of a Customer Enrollment Representative

- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Introduce Rogers services and explain available options.
- Learn about customer needs and provide relevant service information.
- Guide customers through enrollment and account setup processes.
- Answer questions and address basic service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow established procedures.




- Work with the team to provide a smooth and positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative

- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Solid attention to detail when handling customer information.
- Dependable and able to follow established processes.
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
