Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on overhead cranes and hoisting equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Repair or replace components including motors, control systems, wiring, and sensors
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors or customers
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and other team members

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electrician, or related field
- Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crane maintenance or industrial equipment repair




- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
