Job summary

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring products are received, verified, stored, organized, and transported to the sales floor or warehouse safely and efficiently. This position is a combination of Proactive Associate and Receiving Associate responsibilities and requires frequent handling of merchandise ranging from light to heavy throughout the shift. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory, organized warehouse areas, and a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet, assist, and thank customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Receive, scan, verify, store, and organize incoming products and overstock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Complete pick lists in the warehouse and sea cans using technology, shelf capacities, and locating systems.




- Assist with truck unloading, carts, carry-outs, returns, damaged claims, and related paperwork.
- Maintain proper product presentation and ensure all items are stored safely, properly, and are easy to locate.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain clean, organized, and debris-free aisles.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform, hygiene, grooming, and name tag standards.
- Follow all company, store, and department policies and procedures.
- Follow the store’s Health & Safety program and applicable provincial occupational health and safety regulations; immediately report any observed or potential hazards.
- Participate in required meetings, training, and other company initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements / Skills

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable using technology, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Pay: $18.68-$19.68 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
