Lead Hand Opportunities Available for Experienced Candidates
We are currently hiring Powder Coaters / Industrial Painters for a growing manufacturing client in Richmond hill. We are seeking motivated individuals with industrial painting or powder coating experience who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced workplace. Candidates with supervisory or leadership experience may be considered for a Lead Hand position.
Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials.
- Apply powder coating or industrial paint using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Powder Coater, Industrial Painter, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with measurements and mixing ratios.
- Experience operating spray equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset for Lead Hand opportunities.
