Are you passionate about fashion, visual merchandising and creating inspiring shopping experiences?
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Devonshire Mall in Windsor, supporting both our Laura and Melanie Lyne brands. This is a unique opportunity to bring two distinct fashion brands to life within a high-volume combo location. You’ll be responsible for executing visual merchandising standards, seasonal launches, window displays and store layouts while creating an engaging environment that inspires customers and supports traffic and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Execute visual merchandising, window displays and in-store presentations according to company standards.
- Set up seasonal campaigns, product launches, signage and store layout changes.
- Create visually compelling product presentations and fashion displays that enhance the customer experience.
- Partner with the Store Manager and regional Visual Merchandising team on visual initiatives and store projects.
- Maintain high standards for product folding, sizing, fixtures, displays and overall store presentation.
- Ensure marketing and visual directives are executed accurately and with a solid sense of urgency.
- Make visual adjustments that support traffic, sales and the customer experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing sales floor and backroom.
- Stay customer-focused and step in to support customers when needed.
- Participate in new store openings, visual projects and seasonal product knowledge sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fashion retail, visual merchandising, styling or store presentation.
- Strong fashion sense, creativity and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with solid follow-through and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with Store Management and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Passion for fashion, customer experience and retail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push merchandise and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using ladders and working on the sales floor.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
