Responsibilities:

- Makes recommendations for guests regarding menu options and up-sells alcoholic beverages
- Ensures all orders are entered in Micros accurately, noting any substitutions, requests or allergies
- Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food
- Responsible for cash float and ensures all cash-handling procedures are followed and ensures all transactions are rung through accurately
- Monitors guests and notifies manager if any guest needs to be cut off
- Takes orders and payment for guests who choose to take-away their meal
- Prepares lounge for next meal service
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and follow-ups with the guest
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 4pm-12pm. Additional availability to work on other days of the week in the morning, afternoon and evening is an asset
- Is a friendly,



energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
- Has 3 years of serving experience
- Takes initiative, supports the team, and recognizes opportunities for success
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverage and have a Serving it Right certificate
- Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Associates
