Prior experience is required at a minimum of 3 years. Experience in high gloss and veneer sanding is required. Please do not apply unless you have the experience required. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Sand and prepare wood surfaces for finishing.

- Inspect and ensure the quality of sanded products.

- Operate sanding machinery and hand tools.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
