We’re Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist

Bloom Therapy Co. is looking for a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team as an independent contractor.

This flexible prospect allows you to build a caseload that reflects your availability and professional interests. Services may be delivered in person at our Ottawa centre, virtually from home, or through a combination of both.

We are looking for an SLP who:

- Is registered and in good standing with CASLPO
- Has experience supporting neurodivergent children and youth
- Values strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred care
- Is knowledgeable about functional and multimodal communication
- Enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals

Areas of practice may include receptive and expressive language, speech sound development, social communication,



literacy, AAC, caregiver coaching, and other individualized communication goals.

We offer a flexible schedule, administrative and referral support, access to a welcoming and fully furnished therapy space, and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $90.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 20.0 per week
