Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects for high rise residential. Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Outbuild, and other tools to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to specifications.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to establish realistic budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.




- Manage project schedules proactively by applying effective time management strategies to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Conduct site visits regularly to review work progress, perform quality inspections, and ensure safety protocols are followed diligently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and software such as Procore, Revit, Outbuild, and similar platforms.
- Ability to read and analyze schematics and technical drawings accurately for project planning purposes.
- Strong project management skills demonstrated through successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent time management abilities coupled with effective communication skills to lead teams and liaise with clients seamlessly.
- Minimum Experience: 1 building project cycle from start to completion

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
