Experience: 3-5 years, COLD WATER experience
Credentials: PADI, SSI
Language Requirement: English
Location: 4578 Main St, Vancouver BC

Certification: Current PADI or SDI Instructor required.

Experience teaching in cold-water environments (Pacific Northwest, Great Lakes, Northern Atlantic or similar conditions) is required.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Head Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

- Mentoring and supporting instructor development
- Maintaining training quality and safety standards
- Teaching scuba courses from beginner to professional levels
- Leading local dives and dive trips
- Coordinating class schedules and instructional staff




- Assisting customers with gear selection and recommendations
- Supporting equipment maintenance and rental operations
- Helping maintain high safety and training standards
- Assisting with day-to-day dive shop operations

- Comfortable leading groups and mentoring students
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Interested in long-term growth within the company
- Diver license required
- Authorised to work in Canada
