Job Type: 1 Full time worker and 1 Part-time worker

The Role: The cashier is expected to run the till. This involves registering sales on the cash register, processing return transactions, and scanning/bagging the items. The cashier must provide a positive customer service experience with friendly and courteous communication skills. In addition, when free time is available, this role involves stocking shelves with items and tagging them with prices.

The Company

We are a small multicultural grocery store with an emphasis on Indian groceries. We are located in Burnaby and are minutes away from bus stops, thus a convenient location to transit to.

Qualifications/Requirements

- No experience is required (training will be provided), however, experience is preferred.

- Fluent in English and Hindi

- Gujarati is an asset

- Must be able to lift 30lb boxes

Full-time hours: 30-40 per week
