Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be essential in preparing delicious meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties

- Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of quality meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including utensils, equipment, and workstations
- Support the serving team by preparing ingredients and plating dishes as needed
- Handle food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policies
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
- Contribute to the overall guest experience through friendly communication and prompt service




- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels

Skills

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
- Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and meal preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering tasks
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous, along with barista experience for versatile roles
