Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Training Manager to lead our training initiatives for recent and existing cleaning professionals. In this pivotal role, you will implement comprehensive training programs, enhance our onboarding processes, and ensure our team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in instructional design, human resources management, and program development will drive continuous improvement across our cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of cleaners during daily operations.
- Assign cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties and assist team members when required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure company standards and client expectations are met.
- Train and mentor new and existing cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, products, and safety practices.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals are used and stored properly.
- Maintain accurate cleaning checklists, inspection records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper infection-control, health, safety, and workplace procedures are followed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and management.




- Address routine staff or service issues promptly and escalate responsible concerns when necessary.
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
- Step in to cover shifts or perform additional duties as operationally required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous professional cleaning experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changing operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Lead Cleaner, Senior Cleaner, Cleaning Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience working in residential or commercial or other professional cleaning environments.
