Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and bodywork, with a strong focus on restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role involves performing repairs, refinishing, and detailing work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The Auto Body Technician will work in a rapid-paced environment that values precision, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Repair and restore vehicle bodies following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to remove dents, replace panels, and perform structural repairs
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and masking
- Apply paint, primer, and finishing touches to ensure a seamless appearance
- Conduct inspections to identify additional repair needs and communicate findings effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations during repair processes

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Experience with automotive refinishing techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanic experience is advantageous but not required
- Physical ability to lift heavy parts and perform manual tasks for extended periods
