ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re looking for hydraulic cylinder experience primarily; the candidate with the right attitude and experience can be an integral part of our team. This position will be tailored to your skills and experience, so if you have the fundamental experience and skills to tear down, inspect, diagnose, measure and order seals and rebuild hydraulic cylinders we will size the compensation accordingly. If you have machinist skills that has additional value, or if you want to develop those we have a trade development program. If you have potential to be a shop lead or foreman,
this position has the potential to go in that direction within a year.
Must haves:
Experience on Single Stage Hydraulic Cylinders. Tear down, inspection, diagnosis, seal knowledge, mechanical aptitude are essential.
Must have a positive work attitude, be reliable and work well in a team.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in hydraulic cylinder fabricating, general fabrication, or machinist experience a definite asset but not mandatory.
An asset to have your own tools and but not essential.
Experience with chroming systems ad processes a valuable asset but not essential
Welding experience an asset.
Compensation
Wage will be determined by your capabilities / experience / qualifications; expected range between $30-$42 per hour based on experience.
