Monarca Landscaping is looking for two Construction Labourers to join our crew.

This is a landscape construction position, not lawn maintenance. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable with physical outdoor work.

This is a full-time seasonal position for the remainder of the 2026 season, with the opportunity to return for the 2027 season for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing:

- Load, unload and move construction materials
- Assist with retaining wall and paver installation
- Assist with site preparation, excavation and grading
- Shovel and move gravel, soil and other materials
- Help prepare and compact gravel bases
- Assist with drainage and irrigation installation
- Assist with sod and planting when needed
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Assist crew members and equipment operators as needed
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Perform general construction labour duties

What we're looking for:

- Reliable and punctual




- Hardworking and comfortable with physical work
- Able to lift and carry construction materials
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a small crew
- Construction or landscape construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Experience with construction tools or equipment is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Willing to learn

Job details:

- Full-time, seasonal
- Approximately 35–45 hours per week
- $21–$28/hour depending on experience
- Various job sites in Salmon Arm, Armstrong, Blind Bay and surrounding areas
- Start as soon as possible
- Paid on-the-job training
- Prospect to return for the 2027 season

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
