Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
- Support tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Help with site cleanup, waste removal, and organizing materials for efficient workflow




- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required
- Report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors to ensure a safe work environment

Experience

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
