Park Avenue Veterinary Services is an integrative veterinary practice dedicated to combining Western medicine with holistic and complementary therapies to provide customized care focused on the long-term health and wellbeing of our patients.

With 30 years in the Guelph community, we have built our practice around meaningful relationships—with our patients, our clients, and our team. We are looking for an RVT or Veterinary Technician to become an important part of our team. RVT designation is preferred, but is not required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Technician/RVT, you will play an important role in both patient care and client education. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with and conducting appointments
- Blood collection and laboratory work




- Fear Free handling and restraint
- Administering medications and vaccines
- Patient monitoring, nursing care and triage
- Client communication and follow-up
- Educating clients about nutrition, preventive care and long-term health
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Inventory and equipment management
- Supporting the veterinarians and contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic
