Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and scalable engineering culture
Drive technical strategy, architecture, and development standards across the organization
Remain engaged in technology by reviewing code, contributing to key initiatives, and supporting complex technical decisions
Champion the adoption of modern AI-driven development tools and practices to improve efficiency and code quality
Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, risk management, and execution to ensure reliable and secure software releases
Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Promote excellence through strong practices in testing, security, documentation, and compliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams
Proven success hiring, mentoring, coaching, and managing technical talent
Strong background in software architecture and building scalable, secure applications
Hands-on software development experience with the ability to review and contribute to production code
Experience evaluating or implementing AI technologies across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, code review, and deployment
Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, engineering best practices, and agile development environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders
Experience working within regulated industries or environments with strict security, privacy, or compliance requirements is considered an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
