Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bakery Line Lead to support daily bakery production and supervise production staff. The successful candidate will help coordinate the production line, assign tasks, monitor product quality, and ensure bakery orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily bakery production line activities
- Lead and support production staff to maintain an productive workflow
- Assign tasks to employees based on production schedules and order requirements
- Monitor production to ensure bakery orders are completed on time
- Enter and maintain accurate product information, including best-before dates, lot codes, quantities, and production details
- Monitor product quality, packaging, labeling, and presentation
- Ensure employees follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Communicate production issues or quality concerns to management
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary production area
- Support daily production targets and minimize delays
- Help train and guide new production employees when required





Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery, food production, manufacturing, or similar environment is an asset.
- Previous Line Lead or Team Lead experience is an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating production staff and workflow
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Understanding of food safety and workplace hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work well with others and lead by example

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (need flexible availability)

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
