Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas
- Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling practices to ensure quality and compliance
- Support upselling efforts by suggesting menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
Skills
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous for supporting team operations
