Join Mr. Puffs Events Ontario at Canada's Bridal Show!

We are hiring 2 outgoing, polished and reliable Brand Ambassadors to welcome couples and wedding planners to our booth, share delicious puff samples and help visitors discover Mr. Puffs wedding experiences.

This is a temporary, in-person event role for October 2–4, 2026, with potential future casual event shifts for strong performers. Future shifts are not guaranteed.

Pay & location

- $20–$22 CAD per hour, based on relevant experience.
- Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building, Halls F & G, 255 Front St W, Toronto, ON.
- Approximately 24–26 hours during the event week. Final shifts and breaks will be confirmed before the show. Required briefing, setup and cleanup time is paid.

Availability — all three days required

Planned shift windows include time before and after public show hours:

- Friday, October 2: 4:00 PM–10:30 PM (show open 5:00–10:00 PM).
- Saturday, October 3: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM (show open 10:00 AM–7:00 PM).
- Sunday, October 4: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (show open 10:00 AM–6:00 PM).

What you'll do

- Proactively greet attendees and start friendly, natural conversations.
- Offer puff samples and follow the team's food-handling and sampling procedures.
- Ask simple qualifying questions about wedding date, venue, guest count and interests.
- Explain our wedding experiences at a basic level, including live catering, food trailer, coffee and drop-off options. Direct detailed pricing and booking questions to the event lead.
- Guide interested visitors to our QR code or lead-capture form and encourage accurate completion.
- Keep the booth clean, organized, well stocked and professionally presented.
- Support sample preparation, replenishment, light setup and end-of-shift cleanup.




- Work closely with the event lead and booth team during busy periods.

Who we're looking for

- An outgoing, approachable personality and polished, professional presentation.
- Strong English communication and listening skills for clear conversations with attendees.
- Reliability, punctuality and availability for all three event days.
- Comfort approaching strangers, initiating conversations and working in a lively show workplace.
- Hospitality, serving, brand ambassador, promotional, retail or other customer-service experience is an asset.
- Comfort standing and moving around the booth for extended shifts, with scheduled breaks.
- A helpful team attitude and willingness to follow booth and sampling procedures.
