Altium Building Corporation is a leading architectural cladding contractor with over 30 years of industry experience. We design, fabricate, and install ACM, Fiber Cement, Phenolic, Plate Panel, and single-skin metal cladding systems on commercial projects throughout the region.

We are looking for two experienced Site Supervisors to join our team.

This is a leadership position for an experienced cladding qualified who can take ownership of a jobsite, lead crews, coordinate with the project team, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Altium crews and subcontractors on active construction sites
- Plan daily work and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries for the project.
- Read and interpret IFC Construction drawings and Altium’s Shop Drawings.
- Coordinate and communicate on site with the General Contractor and other trades.
- Monitor productivity, quality, schedule, and jobsite organization.
- Oversee installation of ACM, Fiber Cement, Phenolic, Plate Panel, and single-skin metal cladding systems
- Verify dimensions, layouts, substrates, and site conditions before installation
- Identify and communicate site issues, deficiencies, and potential schedule impacts
- Conduct quality-control inspections and coordinate corrective work
- Maintain daily site documentation, manpower records, and progress reports
- Lead toolbox meetings and enforce company and site-specific safety requirements
- Ensure proper use of PPE, access equipment, fall protection, and other safety systems
- Train and mentor field personnel




- Maintain a professional, productive, and safe jobsite

Qualifications

- 5+ years of architectural cladding and building envelope construction experience
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or similar leadership role (we will consider the right journeyman that is ready to take the next step)
- Strong understanding of architectural cladding installation and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Experience with ACM, Phenolic, Fiber Cement, Plate Panel, single-skin metal systems and all associated membranes/clips/insulation/flashings is a must.

Current safety certifications are preferred. Altium can assist with updating expired certifications.
