Key Accountabilities:
● Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey
● Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers
● Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels
● Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement
● Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners
● Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
● Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email
Must Have skills:
1) 5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer.
2) 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
3) Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
4)



Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
5) 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
6) 2+ years of recent experience with Python
Nice to have:
1) Familiarity with banking products
2) Experience with Google Cloud Platform
3) Previous experience with Data bricks.

● Self-motivated, strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
- Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) an asset
- Best VS. Average Candidate:The ideal candidate will be a Pega Developer with strong experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. Recent experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Previous experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation is critical for the role. Previous experience with top Canadian banks is highly preferred.

Pay: $47.00-$59.00 per hour
