ACCU-STAFF is hiring dependable Machine Operators for a busy aluminum extrusion facility in Lakeshore, ON.

The Schedule

We run a 12-hour Continental Rotating Shift:

- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights
- Every other weekend off
- Up to 60 hours/week with overtime available
- Full-time, long-term role with potential for permanent hire

Note: Must be available for both day and night rotations. Reliable transportation required – site not accessible by public transit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and production equipment
- Make basic machine adjustments to keep production running smoothly
- Perform quality checks, use measuring tools, and inspect finished products
- Read work orders and follow production instructions + technical documentation
- Troubleshoot basic issues and report malfunctions or safety concerns
- Complete production and QC documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE and safety procedures
- Work with the team to hit daily production and quality targets

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in manufacturing/production




- Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and commitment to quality + safety
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts
- Strong attendance, reliability, and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Assets: Forklift experience, experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
