About Liver Canada

Liver Canada (LC), formerly the Canadian Liver Foundation, was first established in 1969 out of the passion and concern of a group of business leaders and doctors who believed that liver disease needed a champion. Since then, LC has relentlessly driven advancements in research, treatment, and support.

We remain the only non-governmental organization in Canada focused on liver health, and we’re the main source of non-profit funding for all forms of liver disease.

With the help of donors, volunteers, researchers, health professionals, corporate supporters, and community members, we are changing the future of liver health for those living in Canada.

About this Opportunity

Liver Canada is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our team for a 13-month maternity leave contract, beginning November 2026 and concluding December 2027.

The successful candidate will build upon existing fundraising strategies, steward key donor relationships, manage a robust grant pipeline, and work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational fundraising goals.

Reporting to the Vice President, Fund Development, this role is ideal for a strategic relationship builder who enjoys balancing frontline fundraising with planning, analysis, stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration.
