Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and specialty sushi rolls, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area efficiently to ensure timely service
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly




- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience that exceeds guest expectations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Experience in sushi roll making or willingness to learn specialized skills in roll creation
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Solid serving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
