Responsibilities/duties:
- Cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment, and table wear
- Maintaining dishwashing equipment
- Practicing a high and consistent level of cleanliness throughout the shift
- Storage of cookware, and table wear
- Weekly cleaning tasks
- Maintaining and organizing dedicated dishwasher storage closets
- Proper communication with the rest of kitchen and service staff
- Daily cleaning of kitchen walls and floors
- Occasional help with the cook tasks
