Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping & Invoicing Assistant

$20.00–$23.00 per hour

BK Wholesalers is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping & Invoicing Assistant to join our team.

This is primarily a hands-on warehouse position, picking, packing and preparing customer orders. The role also includes invoicing completed orders and assisting with shipping and inventory administration.

Responsibilities

- Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack, label and prepare orders for shipment
- Double-check picked orders for accuracy
- Create customer invoices from completed orders
- Review order and invoice information for accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Complete shipping paperwork and update order information in our system
- Wrap skids and stage orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, returns and inventory counts
- Help investigate inventory discrepancies
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
- Other warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Experience with invoicing, order entry or warehouse administration is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work throughout the day
- Comfortable using computers and learning inventory/invoicing systems
- Reliable, organized and able to work efficiently
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
