Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels,



and assist in setting up for special events or busy periods

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in hospitality
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables or bar orders during busy hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
