Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering and basic math calculations for change and totals
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices and adherence to legal requirements




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a hospitality workplace
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math proficiency for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate transaction processing
- Experience in food service or hospitality roles that demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude
