Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain organized merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, labeled, and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation,



and merchandising standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and inventory counts
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage merchandising and stock levels efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities combined with friendly phone etiquette
