Signature Support Services is looking for a Residential Coordinator to join our Residential Services leadership team. This position provides leadership and oversight to several community residences supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support Residential Supervisors and residential staff.
- Assist with recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
- Monitor client programming, Personal Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and documentation.
- Promote client rights, independence, inclusion, and quality of life.
- Monitor program budgets, staffing, client finances, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure residences meet agency, licensing, CET, and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, PDD, and community partners.
- Address operational, staffing, and team concerns in consultation with the Director of Residential Services.





Qualifications

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience- minimum 3 years preferred but are open to considering motivated candidates with strong leadership potential
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of PDD and residential services is an asset.
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation, which may require you to attend work in the evenings, overnights, and weekends

Pay: $60,134.00-$73,921.00 per year
