We are hiring a general cleaning supervisor for the Halifax Airport.

Rotating schedule:

12 hour shifts

Week #1 - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on

Week #2 - 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Training and Uniform provided, available medical advantages and 5 paid personal days after probation period.

Responsibilities

- We are seeking an experienced General Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations at the Halifax Airport. The ideal candidate will manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include assigning duties, monitoring performance, training staff, conducting inspections,



and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The supervisor will also address any client concerns, and implement efficient cleaning procedures. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- The successful candidate possesses previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, WHMIS and First Aid certification and will be required to obtain a security clearance immediately.
